I recently posted some ideas on using leftover Halloween candy. As promised, I put together some ideas on using some of the tasty treats for Thanksgiving.
TURKEYS
There are a plethora of options to make some cute gobblers for (or with!) your little ones using candy. The clever recipes use everything from Reese's Peanut Butter Cups to Candy Corn to Jolly Ranchers. Click the pictures below to see the recipes.

CREATIVE TREAT HOLDERS
There are also cute treat holders or favors that you can make and place the candy inside. I LOVE these turkey legs which also double as place settings, but you can't go wrong with a cornucopia on Thanksgiving either. Alternatively, you can make an edible cornucopia with sugar cones. (For instructions, click here.) My mom made them one year and they were a hit! She also made these one year as well.
BONUS IDEAS
These ideas don't really use Halloween candy but I love them anyway!
Happy Thanksgiving!

These are really so cute. Trick or treating is fun but I still have tons of candies at home. The Reese's turkey recipe is my favorite.
